TERMS & CONDITIONS
[1.] Strictly no cancellation of orders once OC is sent.
(1.a.) Cancellation fee: 50% of the total amount stated in OC. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result to being posted as a joy reserver or bogus buyer.
(1.b.) Unpaid orders 4 weeks after the DOP will be considered CANCELLED. I have the right to post the item/s for sale again.[2.] Do not transact if you are impatient. As I have a full-time job and volunteer work outside of K-Pop, I am strict with my NO RUSH SHIPPING POLICY. Rest assured I will ship your items when I have the bandwidth (usually on weekends).[3.] A packaging fee of 12-20 php will be added per item (depends on the number of items). Some of the packing materials will be recycled, but rest assured that they are sanitized before reuse.
[3.a.] I prioritize safety and security over aesthetics when it comes to packaging. Kindly manage your expectations.[4.] Late Payment Fee: 20php per day past the deadline of payment. I can be lenient with penalty fees given that you advise me ahead of time (at least 24 hours before DOP).[5.] I am enforcing a one-month storage period. I have the right to tag our transaction as Cancelled and to re-sell the item/s if you fail to contact me regarding shipping one month after the shipping form is sent.[6.] No uncut or raw unboxing video, no refund.[7.] I am not entertaining pasalo of items and will only transact with the person I sent the OC to.[8.] All winners of my free claims and giveaways are required to post feedback. Failure to comply will lead to being banned from joining any of my future free claims and giveaways.
